Please observe that the organizers cannot accept any reductions for bank charges associated with the transfer and transfer fee for payment must be paid by the participants.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation of a conference registration must be received via e-mail to nboconference@gmail.com and will be subject to the following conditions:
If you register and later find you cannot attend, you may request a refund. Cancellations received prior to 20 August, 2012 will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee. Refunds will not be given after August 20, 2012. You may substitute someone in your place till 1 st of September, 2012 without penalty.
